Our goal at NYOrtho is to provide the highest customer satisfaction and our policies reflect that. NYOrtho warrants all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship except for products damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear.
Returns of new or unused products (not including custom items) can be made within 30 days of invoice date, under the following conditions:
The product must be in new, saleable condition and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection to determine the item’s salability. Due to infection control regulations, certain items may not be returned.
Credit will be made to the customer excluding the original freight fee.
Customer is responsible to pay the freight to return the product.
15% restocking fees may apply.
Returns of new or unused products after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No credit will be issued for products returned after 60 days from the invoice date.
HOW TO RETURN:
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before product can be returned. Return requests for a product that has undergone a design change will be subject to review prior to approval.
To obtain an RMA, contact Customer Service at 800.699.2358. Provide the NYOrtho representative with your purchase order number, model number, quantity, reason for return and valid email address.
Products should be shipped back, freight prepaid, to NYOrtho, 63 Flushing Ave. Building #280 – Suite 702, Brooklyn, NY 11205. Any product returned and damaged during shipping return will not be accepted.
ISSUES REGARDING SHIPMENT OF A PRODUCT:
Contact NYOrtho Customer Service at 800.699.2358 regarding an unsatisfactory or defective product for refund or replacement information.
In the event of shipping shortages or incorrect shipments, notification must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
